As an all volunteer-based rescue, we rely on folks like you to help with the day to day running of things!  There are a number of volunteer opportunities available, please see a brief description of each below. Foster:​
We do not have a shelter facility, so we rely on foster homes to care for our animals until they can be adopted into new homes. We can only save as many animals as we have foster space for!  If you are interested in becoming a foster home, please fill out the foster application!

(At this time, we are in search of foster homes who can accommodate other species as well! Horses, reptiles, cats, rabbits, etc. The Rescue Connection would like to be able to say yes to any animal needing our help, regardless of their species. If you would like more information, please contact us!​)

Transport:​
Sometimes the animals we rescue come from out of state and we need volunteers to help us get them here. Other times, the need is simply to get the animal from the vet and back to their foster home. The need is great no matter the distance!

Fundraising:
As with every rescue, veterinary bills are a constant part of what we do. All of our animals are examined, vaccinated and altered prior to adoption and often the cost to vet them is greater than their adoption fee. We need dedicated folks to help us come up with fundraising ideas and put them into action!
